I can't believe you are friends with that Miguel Angel Tinoco Rodriguez. He is a complete psychopath! You should read what he wrote to me in his "Daughter of Zion" article. If you are friends with him and he represents your religion, I think I may have been wrong in thinking you were a nice person at heart.

I can imagine, I was about 30 pages into the book and was laughing so hard I was crying. I have to admit it's one of the funniest books I've ever read. I plan on writing a book review on it in the next day or so. I can so understand the dad when he gets out of the van and is yelling at the trees..lol. I don't think I'm any nicer I happen to think your a pretty great fella.

I know what you mean about pushing back. I see so many on here that make completely outrageous remarks about Christianity. Some pretend to know what they're talking about when in actuality they're so far off the mark it's pathetic. I try but I do lose my patience sometimes typically with the hypocritical ones.

Our pastor teaches us to lead by example. He does a fabulous job himself. He is very open, compassionate, and caring toward anyone who walks in the door. He doesn't sugar coat the Bible but he also doesn't pass judgement on others. Instead of condemning he draws people by his caring and integrity.

You didn't offend me. You were just coming on rather strong giving the impression that people should not be given a choice about learning Christianity. That tends to alienate people and reinforce negative stereotypes about Christians.

I think if you want to witness, you have to show people why those stereotypes are wrong and why your religion is a good thing. You have to show them the positive and let them make their choices. We can not judge or make decisions for others. If we try to do either, we are just pushing them away.
